5. Order Cancellations

  • After 24 hours, orders are considered final and cannot be canceled.

6. Refund and Return Policy

  • All sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged.

  • If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at gallerypdx@oasishouseagency.com and include order details and photographs of the damage.

Approved damage claims will be eligible for a replacement (if available) or a full refund.

7. Ownership and Risk of Loss

Ownership of purchased artworks transfers to the buyer upon full payment. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery of the product to the carrier.
