Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Scheduling All services must be scheduled in advance through Oasis House Agency’s booking platform or by direct agreement. Bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit. Oasis House Agency reserves the right to decline or reschedule bookings based on availability, project scope, or alignment with brand standards. 2. Payment Terms A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure services. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 business days prior to the service date, unless otherwise stated in a project-specific contract. For large-scale projects (real estate, hotel design, brokerage, or weddings), payment schedules may be arranged in milestone phases, subject to written agreement. All payments are accepted via bank transfer, credit card, or approved invoicing. Late payments may result in cancellation of services without refund. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance may apply the deposit as credit toward a future booking within 12 months. Cancellations made within 30 days of the service date will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the service date will require full payment of the service fee. Rescheduling is permitted once, without penalty, if requested at least 14 days prior to the service date. Any further reschedules will incur a fee of 10% of the booking value. No-shows result in the forfeiture of all fees paid. 4. Scope of Services Services provided by Oasis House Agency (art consultation, cultural experiences, design advisory, events, or brokerage) will be clearly outlined prior to commencement. Additional services outside the agreed scope will require a new agreement and may incur additional fees. For brokerage and advisory services, Oasis House Agency acts strictly in an advisory or intermediary capacity, and final purchasing, contracting, or investment decisions remain the responsibility of the client. 5. Travel & Accommodation For in-person consultations, design projects, or events outside of Portland, Oregon, the client is responsible for covering all travel, accommodation, and logistical expenses for Oasis House Agency staff and partners, unless otherwise specified. 6. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality All creative concepts, proposals, designs, and event frameworks remain the intellectual property of Oasis House.
